Ingredients
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons Savory Cajun Seasoning or favorite all-purpose seasoning
- ÂĽ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold unsalted butter
Instructions
- Add garlic, seasoning, Italian seasoning, worcestershire sauce, water, tomato paste and cornstarch in a food blender, and blitz on high for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Pour into the pot, bring mixture to a boil, until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
