Ginger Garlic Lime Sauce

  • Double the recipe and keep it stored in the fridge for 2 weeks.
  • This dressing works great on soft greens like turnip greens, Tuscan kale or mustard greens. It’s also amazing on fish, steak, chicken and turkey. 
  • A 1-inch piece of ginger is the length of the first joint of your finger.

Ingredients

  • 1 inch piece ginger, washed, unpeeled
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • ¼ cup lime juice (2 medium limes)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a food blender add ginger, garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper, pulse 5 times. Cut processor on high and slowly drizzle in olive oil,until blended; taste and adjust seasoning.
