- 1 inch piece ginger, washed, unpeeled
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- ¼ cup lime juice (2 medium limes)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
