- I like to add some chopped onions and bell pepper to my ground turkey to sneak in more vegetables and flavor. If you want to do this, cook the vegetables in one tablespoon of oil for 2 minutes. Then proceed with the recipe.
- Avoid overcooking your ground turkey it can dry out quickly. If you notice this happening add 2-4 tablespoons of stock to moisten it up.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs 85/15 ground turkey
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp Savory Cajun Seasoning or favorite all-purpose seasoning
Instructions
- Heat in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add butter and oil, once butter has melted, add ground turkey and cook for 6 minutes, stirring and chopping occasionally, halfway through cooking add half of the seasoning blend, continue cooking until browned. Stir in remaining seasoning.
- Once turkey is finished cooking stir ½ cup of sauce or top it off with 2 tablespoons of sauce.
